At Orvel, we believe a seamless experience is as important as the jewellery itself. Below are the details regarding shipping, payments, and order management.

Shipping

• Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Each product undergoes a thorough quality check before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery timelines are 7–10 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals or peak periods.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Address Details

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at the time of placing the order.
• Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

• If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• In case your order is lost or arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving (or expected receipt of) the package.
• We will promptly work with you to resolve the matter.

While we work closely with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control.


Payments

All transactions on Orvel are securely processed via Razorpay, offering the following payment options:

  • UPI

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Any approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.


Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by reaching out to us via email or WhatsApp.

Within this window, you may request updates to your contact or shipping details.
Product selections cannot be modified once an order is placed. To change items, the order must be cancelled and re-created.

If an order is refused at delivery, a handling charge of ₹100 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.
