13. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by reaching out to us via email or WhatsApp.

Within this window, you may request updates to your contact or shipping details.
Product selections cannot be modified once an order is placed. To change items, the order must be cancelled and re-created.

If an order is refused at delivery, a handling charge of ₹100 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

14. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey straight to your doorstep. 

15. Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received in a damaged condition (during transit)

  • Manufacturing defect (such as a broken clasp or stone detachment)

  • Incorrect product received

At the moment, we only ship within India. We’re working on expanding internationally, so stay tuned!

All transactions on Orvel are securely processed via Razorpay, offering the following payment options:

Any approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
